How the Referral Program Works

Simple, relationship-based introductions. You make the connection — BLS handles everything else.

Sign Up

Complete the BLS referral agent form and get approved.

Identify a Client

Know someone who could benefit from a backyard ADU? Get their permission to connect.

Submit the Referral

Submit the client's info through the Partner Portal. BLS confirms and takes it from there.

Get Paid

$1,000 at contract signing + $5,000 at project completion = up to $6,000 per client.

Referral Compensation

Paid in two milestones — no cap per referral agent

Client signs BLS contract & deposit is received

Completion Referral Payment

Unit installed & all client payments received in full

Maximum Total Per Referred Client

Both milestones achieved

Paid by Zelle or check within 30 days of each milestone. A completed W-9 is required before any payment is issued. Referral protection: 12 months from BLS confirmation. First come, first served on duplicate referrals.

Referral & Construction

Refer leads and assist with construction coordination on your referrals.

  • Everything in Referral Partner, plus:
  • Assist with construction coordination on referred projects
  • Additional construction coordination fee on closed deals
  • On-site involvement during project execution

Wholesale

Refer leads and serve as General Contractor on your referred projects.

  • Everything in Referral Partner, plus:
  • Act as General Contractor on referred ADU projects
  • Manage subcontractors, permits, and project execution
  • Highest compensation tier with GC fees on closed deals
